CSNA Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator is an active member of the Facilities support staff team, driving and supporting Facilities inventory control and preventive maintenance initiatives. Successful candidates will have a true hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of facility maintenance, analytical thinking and decision-making skills. In addition, effective presentation and persuasion skills are a must, as is the ability to function in an operations team environment. This role requires the ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities:
This role will have administrative duties, schedule and conduct preventive maintenance activities and all floor maintenance and building activities as needed. Additionally, he/she will interact with other similar roles in the site.

Job Duties Also Include:
  • Assists the general conditions of the facilities
  • Monitors and maintains site vendor relationship
  • Maintain site security documentation
  • Promote site security policies
  • Assist with space planning and workstation reconfiguration projects. Maintain up to date office locations for all employees.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs with external vendors, management
  • Own the organizing and maintaining of work requests
  • Promote and conduct good housekeeping practices
  • Ensure and drive best practices standardization across all departments
  • Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
· Flexibility with hours and days (after hours work may be needed, 7 days a week, including some holidays)
· Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
· Experience communicating to peers, hourly associates, and senior management regarding maintenance, inventory, and cost control
· Proficient in PC supported MS Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications
· Maintenance skilled trade training or equivalent experience preferred
· Knowledge of basic building maintenance (Janitorial)
· Experience working with hourly employees as well as exempt personnel
· Self-starter and a proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
· Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
· Excellent organizational skills with previous work experience in 5S
· Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
· Some project planning and management skills or experience
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Knowledge of Safety in the workplace and the ability to follow standard operating procedures
· Demonstrated ability to safely work with power tools
