Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is looking for an Operations Manager to lead workflow management improvement programs for North America. FBA is a growing business built around Amazon’s world class capability in Ordering, Fulfillment, Transportation, and Customer Service. By leveraging our current scale and supply chain, FBA can provide a low cost alternative for fulfillment and enable sellers to rapidly grow their business. The Operations Manager will lead improvement programs and ongoing operations for FBA ticket support queues. Responsibilities include: managing all existing operations workflows, prioritizing automation opportunities, creating headcount plans, and driving team performance to meet all quality and productivity goals. This person will need to work closely with software development, product managers, resolver teams, finance, and FC teams. The successful candidate will create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end to end Seller experience while increasing FBA profitability.

Responsibilities
· Collaborate with off-shore resolver teams and development teams to optimize resolution pathways of defective inventory.
· Work closely with finance to define and fund staffing requirements for the year.
· Design and execute new programs to meet productivity targets as well as drive automation initiatives.
· Lead analysis of complex data to identify opportunities and set priorities.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
· Proven ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets
· Data analysis, SQL, problem solving and project management skills.
· 7+ years supply chain, transportation, warehouse, inventory management, retail and/or project management experience
· Leadership experience attracting, hiring, mentoring and retaining top talent.
· Demonstrated track record of team leadership within a large scale, rapid and process driven environment.
· Demonstrated customer focus and experience releasing products and programs to market.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
· Graduate degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline preferred
· Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.
· The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
· The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon's cross-matrix organization is critical to the success of this role, experience with Six Sigma/ Lean, Operational Excellence Black Belt
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
