1. The Digital and Device CS Analytics team is seeking a smart, passionate and experienced senior data scientist. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient modeling algorithms to solve complex business problems related to customer experience. This high profile position requires superior analytical thinkers with the ability to handle large ambiguous problems. The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys diving into data to analyze root causes and implement long term solutions. Candidates must have a deep understanding of machine learning and statistical modelling.

Basic Qualifications:
· A PhD in Machine Learning, Statistics or similar fields
· Experience using ML and statistical techniques such as Time Series, SVM, Decision Trees, Bayesian methods, and Clustering to create scalable solutions for business problems
· Experience in a business environment working with very large and complex datasets.
· Experience in using R, SAS, Matlab or similar statistical software.
· Experience in mentoring junior team members, including guiding them on machine learning and data modeling applications

Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Ability to account for theoretical properties and assumptions of models when applying in practice. · Experience with NLP
· Strong data manipulation skills (structured or unstructured)
· Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to convey key insights from complex analysis to business partners
